Hospitality Group (referred to as "Individual Restaurants" in the original document) uses and safeguards your information when you use our restaurants, websites, or other services. We are committed to protecting your privacy. If we request identifiable information from you, it will be used only in accordance with this policy. Wiserise Hospitality Group may update this policy periodically by revising this page. We recommend checking this page occasionally to ensure you are comfortable with any changes. This privacy policy has been effective since October 15, 2025.

We value your trust. This policy explains how Wiserise protects your personal information and keeps our workplace safe, fair, and compliant.
1. Why We Collect Data
We only collect information needed to:
- Pay employees correctly and on time
- Manage schedules, training, and performance
- Keep stores safe, secure, and legally compliant
- Improve teamwork and guest service
We never collect, sell, or share personal data for marketing or outside use.
2. What Data We Collect
We may collect:
- Basic info: name, address, phone, email
- Work info: hours, pay, job title, and performance data
- System data: logins and usage from Toast, 7Shifts, R365, Slack, and Monday.com
- Security data: camera footage in public work areas
- Training data: course progress, certifications, and performance results
3. How We Use Your Data
We use data to:
- Process payroll, benefits, and performance bonuses
- Support HR, safety, and training programs
- Investigate incidents or compliance issues
- Follow all applicable federal and state laws
Wiserise follows CCPA, FCRA, and other state privacy laws where required. This policy applies to all Wiserise employees, contractors, and vendors across every U.S. state where we operate.
4. Data Protection & Retention
- All systems use encrypted passwords and secure servers
- Access is limited to HR, managers, or the Privacy Officer
- Data and footage are kept 3–7 years or as required by law
- Employees are notified within 72 hours if a data breach occurs
- Staff must protect passwords, log out after shifts, and never share login info
5. Third-Party Systems & Vendors
Our trusted partners (Toast, R365, 7Shifts, Slack, Monday.com) follow strict security and confidentiality standards. Wiserise reviews vendor compliance annually to ensure ongoing protection.
6. Employee Rights & Requests
You have the right to:
- See what data Wiserise holds about you
- Request corrections for any wrong or outdated info
- Ask how and why your data is used
All requests are reviewed within 10 business days.

7. Accountability & Oversight
The HR Director / Data Privacy Officer is responsible for:
- Annual privacy audits and system reviews
- Overseeing privacy training and compliance checks
- Handling employee privacy questions or reports
All employees complete annual privacy refresher training through Trainual.
8. Communication & Social Media
- Don’t post or share guest or employee info online
- Don’t upload photos or videos from work without approval
- Use company systems only for work-related tasks
9. Policy Updates
